TUNING IN:<\/strong><\/span>Opening a meditative protective space\u00a0 in which to work, with the mantra \u201cOng Namo Guru Dev Namo Guru Deva\u201d ( &#8220;I vow to the divine inner wisdom&#8221;). It centers the mind and create the connection with that inner sacred space.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>2. SHAKTI STRETCHES:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Breath-linked flowing asanas (postures) on the floor to warm up the muscles and open the pranic body.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>3. STANDING SEQUENCES:<\/strong><\/span>Energising exercises and cyclic dance sequences, done to\u00a0different tempos of music to open up the chakras (energetic centres in the body) and recharge vitality.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>4. FREE DANCE:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Free flow movement surrendering to the creative inner impulse, enabling the enjoyable exploration of inner and outer spaces.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>5. RELAXATION:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>allowing\u00a0the energy to reorganise itself, and the body and mind to deeply rest and restore.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">6. CELESTIAL COMMUNICATION AND MANTRIC CHOREOGRAPHY:<\/span> <\/strong><\/span>Self-repeating sequences of\u00a0movements creating geometrical forms in the space to mantric music and expressing the meaning of the mantra, which stimulate the meditative\u00a0mind and help realign both individual and group energy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>7. MEDITATION:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0a brief moment in silence to enjoy the plenitude of that satisfied, empty space which follows self-expression. El principal objetivo es abrir, limpiar y expandir\u00a0el cuerpo energ\u00e9tico (cuerpo pr\u00e1nico) con el fin de activar la cima del flujo libre\u00a0de la fuerza vital.<span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>1.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>SINTONIZAR:<\/strong><\/span> abrimos un espacio meditativo en el que pode practicar, con el mantra &#8220;Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo Guru Deva&#8221; (&#8220;Sintonizo con la divina sabiduria interior&#8221;). Centra la mente y crea la conexi\u00f3n con ese espacio sagrado interior..<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>2. ESTIRAMIENTOS SHAKTI:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0r\u00edtmicos y meditativos ejercicios en el suelo, fluyendo en conexi\u00f3n con la respiraci\u00f3n. Esta fase calienta, incrementa la flexibilidad, relaja y abre los canales energ\u00e9ticos en el cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>3.<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">EJERCICIOS Y SEQUENCIAS DE PIE:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0ejercicios energizantes y secuencias de danza abriendo los chakras con un movimiento r\u00edtmico coordinado con la respiraci\u00f3n. Se desarrolla la expresi\u00f3n arm\u00f3nica a trav\u00e9s de la adquisici\u00f3n de principios universales del libre fluir del movimiento. Esta fase en particular recarga vitalidad<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\"><strong>4.<\/strong><strong> DANZA LIBRE:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0El impulso creativo inherente toma las riendas para expresarse libremente.
